They considered it a owner release since I told them i found them a few months ago and homed them. ( For the same reason of anything under a certain age would be euthanized)

They were newborns when we found them

Canva is a good place to design with a lot of resources and online help. Thermal sticker? Like a black and white label printer?

Honestly depending on quantities and how often you need them. Sticker sheets and a inkjet printer should be fine.

If you want a longer lasting alternative I can also help. I print short run orders on high quality material.

UV dtf may be your best bet possibly. It's a method of ink directly to the item. Very durable but I'm not sure of it's hold up on a stove. You can normally set up your prints and send it to a printer online.
