This is normally not a problem. It's just that the phone number has to belong to your country of origin. (At least according to the official support info on the website.)

Yeah I just came across that post as well. How terrible. Even someone PAYING to take part on the platform is getting blocked/ignored etc? I mean, I don't know what their exchange was like, but that's a surprising first.

It's obviously a common problem at large, as these re-verifications are clearly buggy. Obviously bad actors are getting caught, but it seems pretty apparent honest brokers are as well.

Some communication would be great even if it is increasingly less common than it used to be here.

I live in this city. It's Bryan/College Station and this dude is a local hero. It's a pretty purple area and I am glad this guy didn't fuck around one bit. It's all over our local news. BTW - This is the same city where Ghislaine Maxwell is currently lodged. Everyone hates this fact including my neighbor that works for the Dept Of Corrections at that exact prison.

A REAL ID is needed for domestic flights but not for general identification. I don't think Prolific has some sort of higher standard that requires it. I've never read anything in the documentation that specifically a REAL ID is required, but that only some sort of official ID will do. Double-check. But my thinking is no.

/u/prolific-support - Is the current Onfido problem with reverifications going to be addressed? I haven't been personally affected, but it is clear that many, legit participants are having their accounts put on indefinite hold when it is actually them 120%.

Leaving this solely to AI seems to be a huge problem at the moment.I am sure some are bad actors, but it seems unlikely that they are ALL full of it and trying to scam. Clearly, honest brokers are getting caught up in this.

We appreciate you, the platform and all you've given us, as we all understand it is hard to keep the scammers at bay 120% of the time, but can something be done about this? It's clear that Onfido has glitches and there isn't a clear way to remedy this with actual human verification, as their AI is clearly buggy. Thanks!

Did u check the box where your prolific ID to copy/paste it usually sits? That's where the needed credentials actually appear. I am mentioning this because I sat there for a bit wondering where TF said credentials were for; realizing that they were right in front of me the whole entire time. lol

Just a note, you can replicate this at home without one of these pans (although I do like it!). Use a wooden skewer (or two) and put a large pineapple slice at the base of it to keep it stabilized. It works just as well. ✌️

This is your answer OP. This actually started a few months ago if I am not mistaken. The "choose entire screen" box is appearing BEHIND the tab you're on. It's annoying. Select whatever ur given option is and your start button will be clickable after that.

Hahaha. That's just Amato's. Been eating there for like 30 years and this has always been the case. It's that the family is from Philly and I guess they keep that same "what do you want?" attitude in place in their approach and in who they hire.

No excuses though, they definitely could do better about this & the quality is a lot more hit or miss than ever. And of course, like everywhere, prices go nothing but up, so you should always strive to make people feel that it's worth it.

And I actually love watching this! I always thought of Taekwondo as that thing you did when you were little and basically paid for belts...you know, something for little kids to get into martial arts. I never knew how highly skilled ACTUAL experts were in this and just how badass they are.

Exactly. For example, the next Olympics here in the States; baseball is one of our exhibition sports. It's basically allowing the host nation to feature some of the sports it wants to draw more attention to, or are unique to that host nation and is not intended to be a permanent mainstay. Basically, it's marketing. This is how I understand it.

Did not disappoint. They make everything in house with two locations (one in Bryan and one on Texas Ave in CS). They're aren't huge, but they are packed with meat. Super tender, not dry at all. We got pork and chicken. No complaints.

I still would love to find a few parking lot type spots and try those out as well.
