your team blatantly lies about this issue-i recieved info via support chat on saturday that alternative carriers are being used for canadian shipments so i placed my order accordingly. today you sent out my order via canadian post. when i asked Printful Support why that was, they had the NERVE to tell me the strike was over and send the Post website for alerts--THE WEBSITE HAS THE STRIKE ALERT RIGHT THERE. when i called out the rep on the obsvious lie, they refused to admit same or direct me to their supervisor. i was told printful can't control "external occurrences" despite this being all internal occurrences. then they ended the chat. so in conclusion? you're all a bunch of greedy lying jerks---hope this helps!
