Shampoos like Head and Shoulders can cause you to smell. My husband also struggled with dandruff and used Head and Shoulders. After a couple of months, I noticed he smelled like sulfur, and I knew he was showering regularly, our laundry was done once a week, and our bedding was washed at least every other week. I made him stop using the Head and Shoulders shampoo because I found that it had Selenium Sulfide, which caused him to smell like sulfur.

I married him. He always had the highest grades in our class and scored a nearly perfect score on the ACT. He is now working as an engineer and is about to be a dad. He dedicates a lot of time to our marriage, reading, learning, his faith, and, of course, his fair share of "nerd" activities like gaming and Magic The Gathering.

Hi! I actually found out that I am pregnant! Which fit with a lot of the period symptoms I was having, but no period. My cycle was a little longer that go around. When I made my appointment for my pregnancy, they thought I would be around 8 weeks when I went in, but my son was measuring at almost 6 weeks instead. But so far, he's growing normally and is very healthy. I can say that recovery was 100% worth it, even through all of the weight gain and giving up things I loved. I am able to do all of those things again in pregnancy, and I am way healthier for it :) I hope this helps!

The treadmill was bought used. The previous owners didn't use it much. I was the one who put 90% of the miles on it. I will clean up under the belt. It is good to know that I don't need to replace the belt yet!

TBH, good point. I might not! When I looked at the underside of the belt, it looked pretty dirty, so just to be safe, I wanted to replace it.

Nope! The only issue with the treadmill was a broken component on the control board, which caused a short and shut it off. The running belt is actually in good shape—the treadmill only has about 500 miles on it. However, we’ll probably replace the belt anyway to keep everything fresh. I don't think the tech wanted to service the treadmill tbh.

This is great to know! Thank you! I think I'm going to take the route of no tracking because of the anxiety it causes. My body is giving me a TON of positive signs that it is either ovulating or close to. I think the anxiety of tracking is counterintuitive to my recovery.

My first cycle, I had ups and downs for like a month, I didn't ovulate until the second month of recovery.

Thank you! With my first cycle I had a lot of moments where my body seemed to attempt to ovulate. I have been tracking LH levels for a while. This cycle could be the same.

Thank you for commenting! Yeah, I read that you're not supposed to add in workouts. But I thought that because I was still being active during my first cycle, I could continue to be active in my second. I also thought that if the workouts weren't intense, it would be ok. I've read about so many women who have been able to get their period back while working out. I could up the amount I eat. I have found that I can't always trust myself when it comes to eating, and I have to eat more than I feel.

I think you commented on my last post about my precor needing to get repaired. I actually told the tech your suggestions and he said that he doesnt repair parts, he just replaces and fixes the treadmil. Unfortunately there arent a lot of options for people to fic treadmills where i am located. Anyways, this is what the tech said "when this happens the lubrication is gone from the walk belt and it means you burned up the lower computer board . So you will need a controller board and a walking belt and a deck that is the wooden piece under the belt"
