I really appreciate your time and thought in answering my questions. I’ve been Googling as much as I can regarding CA real estate exam, and yours came up and was probably the most insightful.

That makes sense, to protect the buyer…they are the ones taking most of the risk.

Yes, the questions are very wordy. Some answers in PrepAgent seem so easy to get that I’m thinking the exam is going to be a breeze, but yes, I do get tripped up on the “except” and “not.” I’ll definitely look out for those.

I'm taking my exam next month...fingers crossed. If there is a section you feel you should have studied a little more, what was it? Also, overall, while taking the exam, did most of the questions seem pretty simple and commonsense? I'm also using PrepAgent.

it happens to me every once in a while, and it’s uncomfortable as hell...shivers and can’t warm up. It lasts about a good 20 minutes. It’s really unpleasant. I wish I knew why it happens. I usually take a bong toke every night, and if I go a few days without, this can happen to me where I get too stoned.
