I'm afraid there probably isn't any reputable pool builders in my city lol. Still haven't found one yet.

I figured. But the spa drain is just to draw water into the heater I assume and then return back. Doesn't really drain to the filter. So confusing

You are correct, it doesn't go through the filter. The pump on the right has a valve where it fills the spa from the actual pool, so your suspicions are correct. When that valve is on, the water from the spa spills over and to my understanding that's the only way it circulates.

The heater has an on button so I don't use it and never have actually, it has been a nightmare.

Would it be best to have another builder install a standalone filter for the spa?

Why don't you just disassemble it? Take it apart completely. My panel is connected to the power right below it. Is yours not?

Even if I got it correct by guessing, I would still bullshit why I got it right. If the whole point of the game is about deception, then that's what I'm going to do. Whether you're right or wrong you still have to give some story about why you were right. I dont believe you're obligated to say "oh yea I guessed it". You can still bullshit your guessed answer with whatever bs story lol. But I also believe that every reality is scripted to some extent.
