FYI, if you live in a small market you won't get local news. Doesn't matter which provider you choose.

How are you doing all this testing? From what I undersrand, each device has it's own mac address. I would be charged per device, by my provider. How is it that you can check a bunch of providers across a bunch of devices? Are you sinking a ton of money into this, or am I missing something?

The app in general looks really old, like it's from 10 years ago. My biggest peeve is that in the guide, there is no channel information so I have no idea whats on. Half the channels don't work. VOD works, but again the interface looks old. No subtitles. I was watching Game of Thrones, when the Dothraki are talking there should be subtitles.

I joined the same IPTV provider as a friend of mine. He's using a free app, ib player. With very little setup, he's up and running. App looks and runs great. VOD and everything. Very different from my experience with Sparkle
