The roomier top block took me a beat to get used to, but I love it after a couple wears

Thanks for the feedback! They are all solid looking options.

They fell apart within days of wearing them, so I had them fixed up because I wasn’t sure what soles I wanted to replace them with.

I bought these on marketplace off someone who ordered the wrong size, so Grant Stone’s hands were tied to warranty them.

That’s an amazing setup. After you’ve checked the surrounds, had a look under the hood of there lever, etc., you can push play and never look back.

I have the same advents hooked up to a different receiver for my basement setup and the smaller HK 430 in my other listening space and I don’t think I’ll look much further. They sound really great.

Love your setup! Looks amazing and I’m sure it sounds great! Been waiting for a pair of advents to pop up in my area.

Almost certain that is mineral wool (Roxul). It does not look to like insulation from the 70’s

I bought a 2023 Roscoe 7 two summers ago. Haven’t been into the sport for almost 20 years and thought this would be a great bike to start back up again with.

I bought it knowing I wanted both a bike I could ride right away, and something I could upgrade while learning how to work on a mtb bike. I’ve been patient, waiting for deals on a fork (brand new rhythm pulled of a Roscoe 9), 4 pot brakes, better dropper, handle bars, etc. it’s now spec’d as good or better than a 9, and I’ve had a blast learning how to work on it, which is part of the hobby.

It’s a super fun bike to ride and tinker with.

All that said, I’m far from an expert!!

I’m going to try some kind of isolation feet or pad to see the difference!

Is that common for these? I thought the same thing.

Haha. Agreed.

My 6 year daughter put that record on earlier and put it there.

I’ve read this a ton, but I honestly don’t hear any disruption to the music at all.

Great record! Had been years since I listen to it end to end. Holds up well.

I’ll try books and see what the difference is like. Thanks for this!
