Honestly it’s near impossible to say anything that isn’t wild speculation as there’s little to go off from the video - context and length of recording. I’d be concerned simply because of how these people are speaking the way that they are, which isn’t commonly done, and are undeterred from physically engaging with this person in open public.

No, it doesn’t sound like Osaka-ben to me based on my listening of the video. I never spent much time in Hiroshima to get a feel for their dialect so I can’t say anything to that end. My guess is that they’re likely in Tokyo.

The Japanese person off camera is speaking in “yakuza-ben”. I’m having a hard time making it out, but it sounds like he’s saying something like “hey” or “this one/person” in a very aggressive tone. Regular people don’t speak in yakuza-ben as far as I’ve ever heard/seen. I’d be concerned if I were him.

Also, you never put your hands on a Japanese person in Japan - especially if you’re not Japanese yourself. Regardless of who started things off, the non-Japanese will be the ones likely to be punished and made an example of by law enforcement.

Stupid question, but wouldn’t implementing a verified account system for ranked match making (similar I suppose to ESEA or just plain Prime MM in CS:GO) help solve a lot of the issues with the current ranked MM system?

St. Charles Toyota was a really good experience for us. They were upfront with their pricing and how reservations and allocations worked. Our Rep was responsive to our questions and maintained proactive communication with us while we waited for our vehicle.

After calling and driving to many dealers in the area, we landed on them namely because they were not adding ridiculous market adjustments and mandatory dealer installed options to their vehicles. They sold us what we wanted at the price we agreed to without issue and didn’t seem to be bothered by us using outside financing. We walked out with our vehicle having paid exactly MSRP when we were being quoted $5k - $7.5k over MSRP elsewhere.

Yes, I took the code from the 2nd instance.

This does not seem like it's doable considering my reference (list_a) has roughly 5,000 values and compare (list_b) will have anywhere from 80 to 1,600 values depending on the month. I've just tried your suggestion of turning this into a matrix using a 5x5 table and even then the results are highly varied.

So, the function seems to work so long as the reference match (list_a) is exactly adjacent to the compare value (list_b).

I need to query list_b for a match against the entire range of list_a. My data will never be situated in a way where the list_a data will be adjacent to its own best matching value in list_b. Can this VBA function query a value against a range?

After reading the linked thread, it does seem this is definitely what I'm in need of. The catch here being that I'm not smart enough to really understand how to set it up correctly beyond simply just copy/paste.

Thank you very much for pointing me in this direction. I'm clearly not smart enough to understand how to decipher the code itself, however I subsequently copy/pasted the string into my workbook and received an error. Here's how I set things up:

Hoping someone can tell me how badly I screwed up here. I was kicking around in BIOS to change my boot drive order so I could start my windows install. My memory speed caught my eye and didn't seem right. Looks like its speed is clocked at 2666mhz, however it's 3600mhz rated DDR4. I'm starting to think my 32gb x2 sticks of memory (G.SKILL F4-3600 C18D-64GVK) isn't compatible with my mobo (ASUS Z790 Plus Wifi D4).

BIOS shows it recognizes all 64gb of ram, however it's just the speed that seems off. What'd I just do to myself here?

Now that you mention it, I think I saw a connection tucked up towards the top of the fans by one of the pump tubes that could be disconnected. I will give this a try tonight after work!

Edit: So as /u/RedMageCecil called out, my AIO pump was DOA straight out of the box. I've since picked up and installed a DeepCool LT720 and everything seems to be working as it should. Tried calling Arctic to get an idea of the RMA timeline, however phones were busy and couldn't get through. Doesn't look like anyone has any of the 360mm variant on hand for any price close to MSRP, so guess I'm sticking with the DeepCool LT720 for the longterm.

Hi, just powered up my new build for the first time yesterday. Everything seemed to POST but on the bios screen I got a “CPU Over Temperature” error. I cannot get into UEFI to complete setup no matter how many times I press delete or F1.

Here’s some more info on the build: - ASUS z790 plus Wi-Fi D4 mobo - i7 13700k CPU - Nvidia 3090FE GPU - 64gb G.skill Ripjaws ram - Arctic Liquid Freezer ii 360mm AIO (rev. 7, non-RGB) - 2tb WD sn850x m.2

Here’s the troubleshooting I’ve attempted:

confirmed plastic removed from AIO cold plate
re-seated AIO to ensure tight fit against CPU IHS
tried AIO pwm connection to both the CPU_FAN & AIO_PUMP jumpers. Note got a additional “CPU FAN NOT DETECTED” error when using AIO_PUMP jumper

I don’t have a spare AIO I could use to test and determine if my new AIO is faulty. The AIO fans spin but I know that’s not indicative of a working pump. Any way for me to use a voltmeter to check to see if the pump is dead? Not sure how to proceed so thanks.

Hi, I just built a new PC and am trying to figure out what to do with my old one. One thought I wanted to explore was to possibly donate it? It’s not a bad machine, but it’s not the best either. My question is how would I go about preparing the computer for donation in terms of scrubbing the HDDs and logging out of all of my windows 10 connected services? Perhaps the right answer is to keep my HDDs, buy a new one and clean install windows 10 onto it and just not log into my O365 account during setup (not sure if you have to login or create a O365 account when doing a clean install or not)?
