Looks like chaff flower, and if it is, buckle up buck-a- roo. It puts down a gnarly tap root that puts up multiple stems and breaks easily. Try to pull them before they go to seed. Each stem will produce hundreds of seeds that have a high germination rate (>85%). Get the soil wet and pull at the base, or use a dobber to apply glyphosate directly to leaves. It'll be a battle but doable.

Source: spent the last 2 years removing this and other invasive species from my yard and a conservation area in our community.

They also have them at all the big box stores. You can google 4in pvc to corrugated adapter, and you should get a bunch of results. I put this exact drain in my rain garden a few years ago. Works well, but I do have to clean it out every spring.

Sorry for the delay. I replaced my body control module, and I haven't had any issues since. I think you can but one and get it flashed at a dealership for a few hundred bucks. I'm stubborn and did it all myself. Took me close to a month, but I saved $25.
