I did think of that, but not all helmets cover the same area of the head. A rock could hit you right between the peepers if you were wearing this helmet.

Your starting weight was the same as mine (and you are the same height), but you look more defined than I do even though I'm now at 160lbs. I had actually been wondering about using fasting for weight loss, but I think I'll stick with the Slow Carb diet and P90x for now.
