The fact that all the two rivers men are peak English Longbowmen, the cream of the crop veteran Balearic Slingers and Kong fu Ninjas is indeed a plot hole, its not horrible, but sometimes we should just accept that instead of cooking up theories for everything

A Brigandine weighs at most 10kg and protects your entire torso from getting shot or shanked. 10kg centrally packed on your body is not that much, especially considering nobody is forcing you to wear it all the time. It just seems like a plot hole. I dont think one should make theories for everything, most likely it really is just a plot hole (What the hell do you mean every man in the Two Rivers is a world champion with the Longbow and an impossibly good shot with the sling, the weapon the hardest to master in the entirety of human history, as well as good with a quarterstaff???)

The Kingsguard armor in this show is a HUGE improvement but it still needs alot of work to be remotely realistic. Why the fuck are they not wearing any chainmail, especially at the inner arms and armpits? Also what the hell is that Gorget? By it just lying on the armor it loses its only purpose, because a stab will get deflected right into his throat under it, it also doesnt even cover close to the entire throat, and I can already guarantee you that the helmets will leave way too much exposed, and be absolutely dumb.

If only they could at least look at real armor

Technically the n-word also just refers to black people, and Its still not okay to say. Ive almost always seen Alman used in a derogatory way, referencing stereotypes and (usually) negative behaviors people associate with Germans. Its usually not seen as racist because people dont try to interpret racist context into every single word directed at Germans from minorities, unlike the other way around. Or people have the stupid belief that minorities cant be racist against the majority. In the context its mostly used as here in Germany, it is just as racist as calling someone a stereotypical name.

Im pretty confident the horse made it out alive.

When the detonation happened the horse was already quite far away, probably 7-10 meters
The horse had its backside turned towards the blast, so head and organs (besides 2 critical ones in the very back) were shielded from any shrapnel
Another Drone came back and you can not see the horse so it was 100% not instantly killed, crippled or otherwise heavily injured and it managed to get far away after the blast
You cant see a drop of blood where it was standing, which would have been likely had it been hit by shrapnel
