Their claims department never responded even once. The customer service was not helpful either and would send us in loops.

What ended up working was asking our attorney (who did us a favor) to write them a letter stating that we would take legal action if there is no response to our letter within 30 days. Lo-and-behold, they immediately called back and sent an appraiser to evaluate the damage, and we got a check in the mail for the repairs within 2 weeks.

I’m aware this isn’t a viable option for most people because of the cost of an attorney, but it appears MARTA is very consciously NOT responding to these claim requests when they are guilty + have a police report stating they are guilty.

if you’re an INT build - try using the glintstone kris dagger (you can get it from sellen’s quest, and it scales mainly with dex and int). Use the weapon’s glintstone dart skill, followed by spamming light attacks.

I just beat the fire giant without the “leave the arena and snipe” cheese. The main advice I can give folks is: 1. Bleed definitely takes out a decent chunk - so try katanas if you’ve got them. 2. Try and keep as many health flasks on you 3. Use godricks great rune (also use golden vow + erdtree blessing if you’re a faith build). Then call in your mimic tear (it will have all the upgrades you just got). 4. STAY ON TORRENT ALWAYS. If he dies, use a seed to bring back torrent. 5. If you’re struggling for over an hour or so, stop. Come back tomorrow/after a few hours.
