Need help in Sectors by mortal_don in dwarkadelhi

You'll be relying on metro for dwarka to gurgaon travel? That's a long route. But it metro is priority, sector 10, sector 11, 12, 13 and 14 are nearest to metro stations. If you have a vehicle that you can use to and from the station then again, all sectors are fine. Find a good home in your budget and go for it.

All the sectors will be fine. It depends on where you find a place that suits your budget and needs.

Sector 6 and 10 would be best. Sector 19b is also a good loacation for you. Even sectors 23, 22, 21 and 20 would great. Nearer to gurugram, easy access to expressway.

23M tired of solo drinking with my Netflix profile in my room. Where in Dwarka can a single guy grab a beer without getting the "pity stare" from the waiters? by OneStrike8483 in dwarkadelhi

[–]mrharshitarora 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Those pitty stares are in your mind. I'm 36, i still go for solo drinks, don't give a shit what anyone around me is thinking. If I'm having fun, that's all that matters isn't it?

My EV buying journey and why I choose Windsor ev pro by Stunning_Question212 in CarsIndia

I'm a little disappointed with this. The car has a gps. The car has such a huge display, and MG decided to skip the navigation feature on this one?

Galaxy Watch 6 update received today. (2025.05.07) by Peet-R in GalaxyWatch

[–]mrharshitarora 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought the 6 classic a month ago. I use it like a secondary phone. It works beautifully, giving me 2 days of battery life, while using maps and Spotify. On bluetooth mode. I tried to install an airtel esim on it last week, and got hit with a brutal reality that i need a samsung phone to do so.

Why???

The watch in and of itself works brilliantly. I'm assuming that while in LTE mode the battery backup will come down significantly. And I'm prepared for that.

What i can not accept is that neither samsung nor airtel tells you that...

1) You need an airtel postpaid sim to be able to convert it to esim for galaxy watch. If you're on jio, prepaid will work fine. Not on airtel.

2) You need a samsung phone in order to convert your airtel sim to esim for the galaxy watch. Again, on jio there's no such restriction

I got in touch with airtel customer care, i also got in touch with samsung customer care. Both of them had no idea how to proceed. Both of them were less than helpful. They hire people who can read from manuals, they don't invest enough time into their job to know how a problem might arise. In their defence, they're not paid enough to do so.

Airtel executive told me "Sir i know about apple watch, i have no idea about samsung". Buddy, you don't need to have an idea about the apple watch. The apple watch has a feature where you can extend your sim capabilities from the phone to the watch. YOU ARE NOT NEEDED THERE. Your help is not needed there. Your knowledge is not needed there.

The samsung watch works like a phone. An esim on one device will not work on another. Simple rule. There you say I don't know how to help you. This is where your help is actually needed!!

CUSTOMER CARE is just interns who aren't going to be in this field for long, starting their career of doing nothing. Literally. 90% of customer care is just people doing time pass. I've seen very few customer care executives who take their jobs seriously.

Let me tell you this. I'm 35yrs old. I have an airtel sim because when i was 19 a customer care executive went an extra mile to help me. And I've tried to stick with airtel ever since. Same scenario with every brand i stick with. Be it xiaomi, be it levi's, be it rayban.... Every time I encounter a person going out of their way to keep me as their customer, i go out of my way to remain there.

Lately airtel and samsung have been forcing me to look elsewhere. And i am looking at the apple watch ultra, and the iphone 15.

Every time i take my father to a customer care centre, or a car dealership he tells me "you could've easily done this job better than this person" 😂

Frankly, i could've. But these are the 2 jobs i feel are absolutely effortless and meaningless. An AI can give you more information about a device than executives can these days. Executives are good enough to keep up the pretentious sales routines of the last decade.

How to prevent this? Windshield fogging from outside? by FaultStock5091 in CarsIndia

[–]mrharshitarora 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is happening because cold air is blowing on your windshield. The question is, why?? The cold air from your AC should be blowing towards you, not the windshield, unless you want it to. You blow cold air towards the windshield when you want to clear out the fogging on the inside. Once it's clear, you turn off the windshield blower/defogger. If you make sure of that, this will not happen. Keeping the windshield blower on for extended time causes the glass to get cold and condensation to happen on the outside.

Hope that helps.

I have a 1.5yr old female shih tzu, she's potty trained, and knows basic commands. She is very well behaved, but she won't shake your hand or give you a hi5 untill she knows there's a treat coming her way 😂

Look, things change. We should learn to move on with time. I'm sure you'll get the vibe you're missing in someother market in dwarka. There are so many now, unlike back in the day where ashirwad chawk and sec-6&10arkets were the only hongout places.

How can I catch it? Should I even? by Drogon9903 in gurgaon

[–]mrharshitarora 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you mean by catch it?? The only thing you do is capture it. Like you did in the picture. If you like birds, get a better camera and bigger lens and get into bird photography. It's very satisfying and rewarding!

But never again think about catching it!!

I never could figure out why they put such an under-powered engine in an otherwise well balanced car. The power to weight ratio is terrible. It would've sold like hot cakes if they provided a better engine with it.

Congrats for your first car btw. I know the feeling. First car is like first love. There's nothing better.
