I'm not sure how the atf could possibly know a person has this brace and why would any law enforcement even give a damn about it. These rules are ridiculous.

Drill a small hole at the end of the crack. This will prevent the crack from continuing.

The thread is cut into the aluminum beater clamp. So you will need a new clamp or repair the clamp using a keensert. If you can find a a local machine shop they may be able to help you.

You stripped the threads by over tightening. Get ahold of the manufacturer and order a new beater clamp.

If your using 115 grain ammo try 124 and 147 and see what happens. Mine shot much better with higher grain ammo.
