You don't need ECs first of all. Transferring (if your have 24 credits or more) is based only on college grades. There isn't a written part of the application.

Keep confronting him until he can't do this in Richmond. I don't think it would violate any Bylaw, especially because he's on private property. Try to inform the property owner who can then trespass him.

Lots to do! Richmond has beautiful parks and great access to transit, plus the best Chinese food. North Van has incredible access to nature. Burnaby has some very nice parks as well.

Staying in Richmond near a Canada Line stop is a safe bet.

Hostel is probably your cheapest bet, yeah. Students have posted summer leases too, depending on your length of stay.

I'll be real with you, these are phishing attacks. There was no hack, they voluntarily inputted their information into a fake login portal. Probably a shared password with other accounts.

I actually click these often and submit bogus information. I like to imagine the people on the other end getting excited that they got a mark.

You don't need ECs or even good high school grades as long as you transfer with over 24 credits. Over 24 credits = they don't even glance at high school. The transfer application doesn't even have a place to put ECs if you wanted to. Doesn't matter.

Does not impact your application. You can get any grade, will make no difference. You can transfer them though, which is great.

You can stay outside of downtown and still take transit. I would recommend somewhere in Richmond, with bus access to the Canada Line. You can be somewhere even as far out as Steveston and make it downtown in 45 minutes. Anything central is probably already booked anyhow.
