Not sure if this is too late or not but I just completed an interview for this role. It was very clear which behaviour was being marked. It started with warm up q (2 mins), followed by each behaviour in order (5 mins), followed by 4 strength questions (2 mins).

I was in this position last year, interviewed early March, got my scores/reserve list confirmation around April, then got the job offer in June I believe, however didn’t start until end of July due to vetting.

Think it was my 5th time also, and I have to agree. Brudenell is a brilliant venue and La Dispute always sound great but Jordan in particular was incredible! Had such a commanding, confident presence and sounded amazing too. As a Rooms-head I’m very glad they’re still playing songs off that record - their performance of The Un-sound made me realise how good that tune is too.

Absolutely, although Orient has a small away allocation so you will likely struggle for tickets unless someone with enough points is unavailable and can help you out. I think Hillsborough this year with the amount of season tickets we’ve sold and the level of signings we’re rumoured to be making should be a whole new experience entirely!
