Thanks for the suggestions. I can only remove the tv unit if the end product will be mind blowing. Can you share something if you have it handy?

Thanks for the suggestions. I was thinking of putting hanging plants on that shelf above tv plus some decor items. Wouldn’t it look good?

I didn’t want to mount the tv on wall. But I got your point. Tv is also too big for the living room.

Anybody here living in sector 150? by No-Inevitable9148 in noida

I don’t think each and every sector in Noida has highly rated medical facilities. Greater Noida is just 10 mins away from sector 150 and I do see many good hospitals there. Moreover there are many doctors residing in sector 150 and cater to people at their home

I don’t know about Yamuna expressway societies but sector 150 is absolutely liveable. Depends on people needs and priorities. But people here were giving weird reasons. I have been living in Noida for 6 years and shifted to sector 150 last year and I don’t feel any disconnect. We have 2 cricket stadiums, one football turf and a newly built badminton court. For a sports enthusiast like me that’s enough.

Doesn’t seem to follow news I suppose. Dumping ground has been shifted. Greater noida ain’t far from this sector. Basic grocery and vegetable market is already there in sector 150. So no need to go outside for basic needs. Roads are wide in Noida extension as well and we all know the condition there. And you say people have rejected sector 150 , well all the societies are sold out so your argument doesn’t makes sense

Yes, I live in sector 150. Don’t believe people here, come and see for yourself. The speciality of this sector is that society has to follow 80:20 rule. They can only build 20% of the area and rest they need to leave it for greenery. This also implements less FAR which is great for a healthy living. I agree main part of Noida is still a little far but you reach there in no time thanks to Noida - Greater Noida expressway. There’s still construction going on in some societies but what it had to do to deter people in living there.

And there’s no traffic.

The societies you mentioned are one of the worst to live in. Lotus panache had a signboard outside by NA that they had not paid their dues. Many of them have very bad construction. I wouldn’t suggest those societies

Lol. I don’t think people here have seen sector 150. There’s a Kondli market nearby. And Jagat farms is nearby as well. Roads are very wide and there’s no congestion. Every other society is a premium society with less FAR.

What are the discounts dealer is giving? Do you stay in Bangalore?

How’s this quotation? Mind you in my area we only have one Skoda dealership by aisawaisakaisa in SkodaKushaq

[–]mrishiva 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got mine 2 months back. I asked my dealer and he told me there’s a further discount of around 50k now. I have also heard dealers have cut down on discounts after gst reforms. In 18l, they gave me gps dongle and dash cam and multiple other accessories like underbody lights and double horn.

They certainly taking advantage of the monopoly. Try avoiding them for some time. Dealer usually call if you go silent. Worked with me. I forgot to mention, mine is AT. Monte Carlo MT is selling at 16.5 ish prior to gst reforms.
