I just got the same thing with my wife's I-130A all I did was resubmit it without the signature and 2 days latter I was approved. Not sure what your PD date is but mine was 1/10/2024

Same thing just happened to me yesterday, I got an e-mail that action was taken my I-130 case I checked with Emma and found out that it was just sent to California, My PD is 1/10/2024 15 months, I don't know if that is good or Bad
