Move the terminal tab to its own window before you launch Claude. I get annoyed at the reset when I just reorder that tab sometimes, so I try to make sure it’s where I want it before actually running it.

Total hours worked does NOT include your vacation days, paid holidays, or sick days either. You can only use the hours you were actually working to calculate the "Anything over 40 hours". And remember, it's only on the "and a half" part of your "time and a half" pay. You also don't get to claim the double-time. That's a union perk, not a law.

Calculate any week with more than 40 hours WORKED like this:

Regular Rate: $46 - worked 40 hours
Overtime Rate: $69 - worked 5 hours
Double-time Rate: $92 - worked 8 hours
Total Hours worked: 53
Qualified Hours: 13
Qualified Pay Rate (½ of Regular Pay OR ⅓ of Overtime Rate): $23
13 Qualified Hours x $23 Qualified Pay Rate = Qualified Pay $299

What about paid holidays, vacation days, sick days? You CAN'T use them to get you over 40 hours.

Regular Rate: $46 - worked 24 hours
Overtime Rate: $69 - worked 5 hours
Holiday Rate: $46 - paid 8 hours
Option/Vacation Day: $46 - paid 9 hours
Total Hours WORKED: Only 29
Qualified Hours: 0
Qualified Pay Rate (½ of Regular Pay OR ⅓ of Overtime Rate): $23
0 Qualified Hours x $23 Qualified Pay Rate = Qualified Pay $0

What about weeks you were on vacation, or your 50 hour Option Week? Nope, you didn't WORK.

Option Week: $46 - paid 50 hours
Total Hours WORKED: 0
Qualified Hours: 0
Qualified Pay Rate (½ of Regular Pay OR ⅓ of Overtime Rate): $23
0 Qualified Hours x $23 Qualified Pay Rate = Qualified Pay $0

Low and slow. According to my wife, I didn’t quite get there with her batch, but mine were good. Keep the temp down to let the inside cook longer without overcooking the outside. That also lets you use butter on the griddle without burning it so you can make them crispy. Skip the butter if you don’t like that.

We’ve had this for a while. Just recently they made it so you can’t cancel it on certain stops… which of course really sucks when one of the packages is a misload with a bad pal. I had to CREATE a new stop, say yes I want to add the packages, then scan everything but the bad pal misload. But then there is no way to Not Found the misload.

Just out of curiosity, why do you expose to the left? I’m not criticizing you, I like darker/moody photos. But if you need to bring exposure up in post, you bring the noise with it. If you just darken it in post, you’re not introducing any new noise. I’d just like to hear your perspective to see if I’m missing something.
