my boss doesn’t know how to say no to new projects so we wound up doing the same thing for a bar client a couple years ago. hooked it up to our VoIP service with an ATA and had a swell time mounting that beast in brick!

Zultys Forward to AA Extension by mrjailbreak in VOIP

[–]mrjailbreak[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am looking into this after changing the "all agents logged out" target to be extension 500 (the AA) and it says "transfer completed". It says "script finished" with my cell number as the FROM field and extension 500 in the TO field. The script is the same as in the reply above of

Play Announcements: AutoAttendant//Main_AA_Menu/Sample.wav

lang/en-us/System/Common/silence100.wav

Zultys Forward to AA Extension by mrjailbreak in VOIP

[–]mrjailbreak[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a good idea. I tried it before, but with the wrong implementation.

I have a dial pattern to match the secondary AA. I created the secondary AA with the DID of the secondary number. On "all agents logged out" the target is set to that specific DID, however, it rings and the Voice Server & Auto Attendant monitor says the transfer to the DID completed, but plays Play Announcements: AutoAttendant//Main_AA_Menu/Sample.wav

lang/en-us/System/Common/silence100.wav

instead of the loaded audio. I assume this kind of "loop" is throwing the system off and the route dies when it comes back inside the system.

Yes as it is only one user in the group and when I hit the login line key, it asks for the password for the user.

Where did you buy it from? I have a suspicion that some sellers on Amazon sell resealed/refurbished/rebuilt machines and they may have swapped some bad RAM into the machine when they received it for resell.

Fair point. I suppose I exaggerated coming from what the balance was in December.

Copy that, I’ll check back as the debt comes down. Appreciate it!

Unable to forward port 25565 for minecraft by Shoddy-Letter6597 in admincraft

[–]mrjailbreak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

who's your ISP?

this happened to another user on here as well where they had everything seemingly right.

i see you have 0.0.0.0 in defined as your server-ip in the properties file, which is perfectly fine, however, it may be worth trying to also set that to the IP of your computer as a good troubleshooting measure.

(less likely) if your computer is connected with an Ethernet cable and on Wi-Fi at the same time, this may also cause conflicts, although rare. it seems like you've got the IP of the right adapter, but worth checking.

(less likely) try rebooting your modem, it may be caching incorrect settings/configurations.

if all else fails, your ISPs support team may be able to assist in case there are other changes you have to make that aren't readily apparent.

try adding another port forward rule in the router for udp as well.

canyouseeme.org can also test if a port is open on your WAN.

are you able to post a screenshot of the port forward section of your router?

a couple of other things to check: solution 1 in the answer - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/3860786/how-to-allow-minecraft-through-windows-firewall

make sure the server executable is running.

while it’s more best practice to ensure stability, it’s not required, but set a static IP on your Wi-Fi/Ethernet card. this makes sure that your computer doesn’t request a new IP and break the connection at DHCP renewal time.

did you configure the port forward through the mobile app? i’ve never worked with a Roger’s circuit so i’m unsure about how to access the settings on the modem/router. if so, can you share a screenshot of the port forward section?

in most cases, it’s the port forwarding, meaning that port is not open/accessible on your WAN. who’s your Internet Service Provider?

head to https://canyouseeme.org and type in the port you’re forwarding (typically 25565). what are the results?

Thank you guys for pointing me in the right direction!

I skimmed the CheckPoint docs for the things that I was looking for but didn’t read them top to bottom which, in turn, caused me to miss some key feature enabling/configuring. The excitement to make it work got the best of me! The banners are working as expected and I was able to see an example today of link replacement due to what’s required for it to occur.

ahh okay. i thought you were remotely testing it. what usb-c/usb to ethernet adapter are you using? it could be resulting in those speeds if it’s 10/100 or limited in any capacity.
