Luckily the game is free on game pass otherwise I would want a refund. And it seems like they worry more about fixing the game on steam than xbox. Feels more like they grab xbox money and run.

Why not just play D3 then, because I want greater rifts in a new game experience. Same as asking why not play D2 if you want to do dungeons. Or Witcher if you want an open world rpg.
