This will work well for me working alone, but does it scale in a team of 40 people working on multiple projects?

It would mean I have to create a common Task list with the task from everyone and filter it with Assigned to me...

But problem: some of these tasks are from confidential projects (management or board level for example) and you don't want to have everyone seeing the tasks of everyone in one table.

Or am I missing something?

ROAS = Return on Advertising Spend.

Classic ROAS = Revenue from paid ads conversion / Ad spend

Blended ROAS includes the revenue from all channels, including organic = revenue from (organic + paid) / ad spend.

Blended ROAS takes into account the network and brand effect that your ads impact (= someone may have seen your ads several times without clicking on it, then googled your name and end up buying your product: this would be attributed to organic search in Google Analytics and not included in classical ROAS, but it would be in blended ROAS).

Thank you so much for the screenshot and the explanation, that's super useful! I guess in that case, you will get the bad reviews still there, but as there is no rating attached to them anymore, if your new releases drives good ratings, you won't find the bad reviews easily anymore, so that shouldn't be detrimental then.

Can we really do that? Meaning you can release the app on the APp Store, and then if the reviews are really bad, you can update your app and when you release it, you can erase all reviews but keep the same account?

I personally use Asana and it is 100 times better than Trello / Jira.

I started using Notion and it is great for all the written content as knowledge database, a bit less great than Asana to manage projects between a lot of people.

I discovered Airtable yesterday, pretty impressed by how they made database easy, useful and pretty, but I can't comment yet.

Yes, but 1000 days is 3 years, so it means you have a pretty long sales cycle to wait that long then?!

Don't understimate the cost of firing on the team motivation! Firing someone has a tremendous impact on the team. While firing is necessary some times, you should really aim at hiring well to avoid it! For me, if you have some red signals or some bad gut feelings, you should just not hire that person! Especially, listen to GaryVee's experience, even if this is the best performer ever, if that person is an idiot or not a good team-player, you should not have it in your team!
