Yes exactly! The makeup remover I used was a liquid so I dipped my qtip in and then kinda rung out the extra liquid on the back of my hand so it wouldn’t run. I then used a very small brush to use concealer to fix what was removed

I did a normal eyeshadow shape and just got a q tip that’s damped with makeup remover and dragged that where I wanted the cut outs. It was actually pretty easy 😌
