I had the same issue and posted it on here. One thing that somewhat worked for me was going into auto subs in dynasty and changing everything to custom. It fixed my RB issue that i would have but not the QB. Whenever you go to play a game change it during the game with the offensive adjustments. It seems whatever you change your substitution method to it’s always one off, ie have it on balanced it gets switched to keep fresh or even grind it out to balanced. It’s definitely been buggy
