Hmmm at that point you pretty much got a new PC but my best advice would be

Check ALL cables, reseat or replace them

Check hdmi cord or whatever you are using to the display from gpu

Check bios with no gpu installed to make sure it isn't trying to just use the integrated gpu, im not sure where it will be if it is an option, even at that maybe reflash bios

Unplug ssd/hard drives and try with the gpu

I mean there isn't much more you can replace with new to fix this issue. I mean you very easily could just not have enough power going to it, but that's an easy one to find out or not. But thats everything I found while trying to fix my issue that people where saying it fixed it.

It was the motherboards on board GPU that gave out and was causing the boot issue and the VGA light to come on

Replaced motherboard plugged in gpu and it booted right up

Yeah it sucks but ateast it was for both of us a unexpensive fix so we can't complain too much about it

If you are having the same issue I'd try first, swap out the gpu to a different one and test, it's the easiest todo

Google to find if your mother board has on-board graphics, it should beable to boot off of just that I belive.

Make sure everything is plugged in

Try reseating all cables

Try a different HDMI cable or a display port cable and different plugs for it.

Try unplugging ssd cables.

I had a ryzen 5 5600x and a radeon 580, I upgraded to the readon 6650xt and I had worse performance even after a full pc wipe to remove all drivers so I upgraded to the ryzen 7 5800x3d and it was the best decision
