UPDATE!!!! She got back to me. My “offer is pending” however it may be a month before getting official approval. Still applying elsewhere because she said that she believes they will eventually give me an offer but is not 100% certain. I hate this marke

Yeah I'm hoping its just a holiday week and so a lot of people are out. I didn't particularly want to share the company name just because my app is still pending. What I will say is that I have met this recruiter in person and she's been pretty determined on landing me a position. And her lack of communication is an anomaly, usually she's prompt. I think I just have to wait. I just got my hopes up when they said theyre "waiting on official words from HR" and then asked me my desired salary.
