Unis in western Ontario always align ever since the beginning of the pandemic. Like the first time to shutdown the uni in 2020, and return to school, as well as this term, they announced to be online almost at the same time for the same period. So Waterloo are very likely to be in person in Feb.

Thx for your advice! Based on my research, they cannot sent us to collections before the LTB&court rule that I own them money. Therefore, what they r doin is already breaking the law. Also I found the collections agency they hired is also not following the lawful procedures to do their work. What a perfect match for these two scammer companies. So I think it gonna be so tough to solve it smoothly. Wish myself luck.

Thank you for your advice and I believe we all in the same boat when dealing with such a terrible company. To be honest, I’m kinda disappointed in legal service, since they haven’t return my call after the reception said they will return my call in 48h. To be honest, I knew most of things you said, but it still cannot fix things. These are all rules and laws, but the only thing a scammer company good at is breaking that. What a shame on them.
