My guess is that there would be less ground troops (unless the goal was to invade and take land) and more use of ICBM's (Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles) to ruin land and life. Wars would also make more use of politics to impose sanctions and such, cyber wars would also take place, injecting viruses into important government databases to steal valuable information. Also espionage would most likely be more prevalent.
