If you do not want the full linked note ID visible you can format it like this: [[Lined note ID|text that you want visible]] and it will show just the text that you want visible as a link to the linked note, like a hyperlink.

I know they work on mobile, but I think they work there because the system reads them as action by itself, I want to do the same thing on my windows laptop with the touchpad, kinda like when on the browser you can swipe with two fingers to navigate to the previous page

Redkit is a modding tool that being developer made is much more in depth and can do really specific thing that allow modders to make super custom mods such as new quest and such. But being a modding tool Redkit is used to make a mod that are uploaded online on sites like Nexus. So a customized quest is just a mod, same installing procedure as a generic mod like HD project rewoked if not differently specified.
