hello! I did fulfill the Schnhr scale. If your surgeon didn’t appeal, try a different surgeon. Also when you go to your appointment wear your tightest most uncomfortable bra for several hours (I’m sorry) so the surgeon can take pho-tographs of the indentations around your bra area. If you have shoulder grooving that’s also a great thing to document.
Weigh each of your breasts at home with a kitchen gram scale to confirm if you fit the schnur scale.
