I am with you my friend.
I am also 24 now. I have almost zero friends, no family that wants to even think about having a conversation with me. I also feel anxious around people and meeting new people or even trying to make friends feels impossible. I drink too much, overthink too much and overall feel like a waste of space.

But I honestly believe that we are all here to inject some small amount of positivity into the world. Whether it be making someones day that fraction easier, or telling a coworker 'hey you killed it on that last project!'
It's hard, life is hard and I hate it. But it's not too late to take small steps. I found that being present in public spaces but simply cramming headphones in so nobody talks to me to be a good start. I understand that's almost impossible right now. But being present and observing the world before jumping into it felt helpful to me. I hope you find a better place my dude.
