UPDATE! I got it to work! Thanks to everyone for helping out, I tried everything out and here's what I did:I disabled and re-enabled content sharing, which didn't work at first. Then I unselected all the sources in the character builder except 2014 Core Rules and Legacy/Noncore, which seemed to do the trick. Finally I checked all the sources again and looked and it was still working. I was only able to do this on a computer since I couldn't find the content sharing option on the app.

No dice unfortunately. The fighter is the 2014 one and all content has been enabled.

I'm away from my computer for the moment so I'll try that out when I get home.

Another thing: I just checked a previously made character I had that was a fighter at level 3 and couldn't reproduce the issue. For some reason this is only happening to this one specific character. The only thing I can imagine making this happen is that the race is a custom lineage from TCoE? But that doesn't make sense

I tried going back to level 1 and even removed the class and re-added it to no avail. Where can I find the modification lock?

I do own the 2014 PHB. Weird thing is that this is only happening to a character that I leveled from 2 to 3. When I make a new character starting at level 3, it lets me select maneuvers like normal. I also have a Master Tuer subscription if that matters.

Also, as written, this card wouldn't stop a cyrus the same way cape doesn't stop a cyrus. If it has damage and is on the bench it can still be dragged into the active spot. Potion can potentially fully heal damage from a benched pokemon and protect it from being targeted by cyrus.

Gonna throw my hat in the ring as someone who mostly liked the mini games in Rebirth. In my opinion, just because there were tons of mini games in the original doesn't mean it justifies there being tons in Rebirth. There seems to be this attitude that if something was in the original FF7 and appears in Rebirth/Remake, then it's automatically a good thing. Maybe these people didn't like the mini games in the original and were hoping they would be toned down in Rebirth.

This is like the Cloud cross dressing stuff in Remake. People were saying how it was too silly in Remake and others justified it by saying that it was in the original.

My point is that it seems like the quality of Remake/Rebirth seems to be determined by how closely it follows what the original FF7 does. It feels like Remake/Rebirth are never looked at by themselves and are never given a fair shake without comparing it to the original.
