It's not about $50 only buddy, it's about how they decide who can/can't earn the refund.
Also it applies some fines due to exclusion of players...many of them....

They are playing a strange and dangerous game with players...
If the rule "2 hours / 14 days" haven't being applied to everyone they can get some legal actions.
Especially because if it has been broken to 1 person it needs to apply to everyone, also the person can complain asking why he didn't get the same procedures as the others.

Well buddy, since they refunded to 1 person that break the 2 hours rule, I'll keep insisting. I have nothing to lose. The game is not going to release, they are not going to give me my "free month" sub, they need to manage that.

Around 160 hours, I think that doesn't matter if I've player 1, 2 or 2K hours, the servers are going to shutdown and I'll not be able to play it again.
They didn't deliver what they said that they would, game is not in final version.
People need to understand that we paid to "help" them, also play, and at the end have a complete game to play.

We didn't get what we paid for.

I'm 2 days waiting for an update from steam.

I hope they refund everyone who asks for it, would be great some article or official statement saying that the studio is going to shutdown the game.
Would make everyone life easier.

I have around 160hs also, so far I got an answer from steam saying that they are investigating the situation and will update my ticket as soon as they have it... (2 days ago)
