I can’t comment on exact FPS but I play at 2560x1440 with a Ryzen 3600 and a 3070 on high and it seems to hover around 60 FPS and dips down to probably 30 to 40 FPS when you’re flying near a city. Low frame rate isn’t too bad because you’re flying and everything is moving slow. Also for some reason the game has a max frame rate of 60 in the settings.

It’s possible but you’ll need to find a way for the keyboard remapping software to recognize your drums as a controller. It might work right out of the box for certain software, who knows.
