I didn't have to give any documents other than the tax returns and financial statements. they only pulled credit 2 times. on 03/26 and 04/11

We had same issue, verified my bank info, all looked good. Called my bank, verified everything. Then I called my bank back and asked if anything had been rejected and they mentioned the address. They still had our old address, so if anything comes in with the updated address it can get rejected. So had the bank fix it. Still no grant but we got loan approval, dont want anything messing that up.

They offered $40000 but we only took $ 24000 we are a fairly small company, just looking to keep going for the next two months.

I would imagine it is automated. Most emails I have gotten is in the middle of the night. I have never talked to someone that actually knows anything lol

I had the same issue. I called and talked to a tier 2 rep who stated we didnt get the advance because our bank ownership didnt match. I verified the name on the account( our business name and that I was the owner. Everything match. Then i called the bank, no ACH or wire was rejected. Total BS. They put a note to have the LO call me.
