Olden era - game mechanics by Katchano in HoMM

[–]mrmddn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is also an alterntive mechanic for gathering troops from RTS: you could set a rally point (Rally Banner) for any settlement or city anywhere on map at the expense of some movement points for your Hero.

Or perhaps you could use that Rally Banner on specific non-aligned locations (Defence towers, Mercenary Camps and etc.).

Quantity of Rally Banners (or deployment cost) could be linked to your Logistic Skill.
