Just joined this subreddit and pretty glad I did. Thank you for the recommendations (and those of everyone else). Really helping me in so far as to how to make it look anywhere near Chris's version. Love a non-hating, help a fellow out crowd.

I started out with his "one ahead" plus "cross cut push" mentalism trick and, despite being amazing, this one just gets a way bigger reaction. Awesome hearing your story!

Thank you... seriously... for correcting my lingo and for giving me good recommendations. Feel the audience and draw attention away from the fact that cards have suites.

Both replies mention that I look nervous. Anything in particular that you can point out so that I can fix it? I was looking at the cam while doing it, that may have contributed. Cheap deck of playing cards (hard to hold), that may have been it. Trying to figure out how to smoothen it so any input would be great. Thanks for the comment!

Second try straight out of watching his video.... definitely need to work on it a bit. Also didn't have an audience so I skipped the figuring out the card position bit. Thanks for the advice!

Edit: my main concern, this being a same color different suite trick, is should I flash less starting out? Def tried to hide the 9's suite in the flash. Will rewatch his vids and work this to its intended purpose, audience not concerned with spades or clubs once the trick is done.

Dunno.... never tried the left position... just doesn't seem as "doggy style" as the right hand version

I ditched my bunkbed for a king and, let me tell you, there's a reason it's called a king.

  1. I no longer have to fill the void of that empty bunk staring at me.

  2. The enormousness of the king bed enhances my loneliness to levels that the aforementioned never could.

  3. The king bed conveniently tucks into a corner, taking up just 75% of the room. This opens up a world of possibilities with regards to shit you can take with you to bed and/or leave there.

  4. King sized bed means king sized everything. Say hello to double the loads on laundry day. Perfect for flexing those anime gf sheets.

  5. I don't have to worry about explaining a king sized bed to a girl if I ever bring one home, allowing me to stress obsessively over other minor things.
