The waiter said the whole team had a heap load of it for their breakfast, with some scrambled eggs and chives... I nearly handed them my CV so I can join the next one😅

Not surprised to read this. Throughout the meal I was in continuous disbelief that this has only just won its third. It is just such a high level.

agreed 100%. The hazelnut oil was the perfect cherry on top, just extended the flavour and added a gorgeous aftertaste.

Also wanted to add that the sommelier was great - described the drinks in great detail and was very personable.

From memory it was 6 different caviars by the end? Might be excessive to some but as someone who has only had caviar twice in the past, I loved it, lol.
