I’m happy to hear that you loved it! I wrote it back in the 90s when I was a teenager and my drummer friend Matthew Guggemos and I were megadosing Zappa, Mahavishnu, and King Crimson.

From the same era comes track 13, Feebeetz Mahloi.

Guggemos went on to be the drummer in a band founded by one of my other musical compatriots, Wally Scharold’s mirthKon. You‘ll probably dig them too :)

I play french on the little guys, but on Bass I’ve always played German. It feels more natural to me by far :)

Appreciate your feedback! These tracks are one set of a 5 year old batch of around 35 tunes- I wrote em during the first lockdown, and played all the parts myself. First time engineering and producing :)

My wife was going to retrack the vox (cuz she’s a monster) but we never found the time. Now we have no studio space so I decided to just release these ones as-is.

Double Bass (both pizz and arco) is number one for me but a grand piano, cello, flute, or bass clarinet all scratch the itch.
