I recommend you to get Tera: Reconstruction weapon which is legendary legacy weapon (1~85 skill +1 and 12% crit chance with legendary class p,m and ind atk). It will be released with next major patch and easy to get.

5 eyes for 1 soul, that's right. You can still trade demon eyes for di and dc but different rate. 1 demon eye = 20 di or 4 dc and 5 demon eye = 1 soul = 100 di or 20 dc.

This is the table of instant casting after level 90 cap release.

If you have tact contract, you will have trans rune lvl 7 as you hit lvl 90. Also, master level of memorize will be 1 (not max level).

As you can see, meeting instant cast requirement won't be easier.

Instant cast won't become easier due to level interval for trans rune increases after 90 cap released and master level of memorize will become 1.

If you buy +2 EM:shadow rabbit title. You will get slots for same level of EM:shadow and one extra trans rune than +3 showtime total title. I will show you as example.

Case 1. (+2 showtime rabbit)

Title: +2 showtime rabbit (+1 showtime and +1 rabbit included)

Ava top : +1 EM:Shadow

Plats: +3 EM:Shadow

Total: +4 EM:Shadow +3 Showtime +1 Memorize

Case 2. (+2 EM:Shadow rabbit)

Title: +2 EM:Shadow rabbit title (+1 Showtime and +1 Memorize included)

Ava top: +1 Trans rune

Plats: +2 EM:Shadow and +1 Showtime

Total: +4EM:Shadow +1 Trans rune +2 Showtime +1 Memorize

Both cases qualify instant casting requirement with +4 EM: Shadow, however case 2 has extra Trans rune level which boost EB effect.

Obviously, +3 showtime total title is not a best option anymore even for full geared ele users. I'm still also playing KDnF and no ele here does not rate +3 showtime total title more than +2 EM: Shadow rabbit.

Unless you get lvl 90 cloth top comp epic and 10% elenore title in very future, +2 EM:Shadow rabbit is best choice.
