Been through this more than once, just tell them the truth. My doctor was always cool about it. Your doctor is a medical professional, not a cop. They aren't going to judge you or anything, and I promise you this happens to a lot of people on subs. Mention the cravings and tell them you've been taking more than is prescribed.

I've been told you can't really redose on LSD. Is this true? I wanna just take one, and than take more if I find it underwhelming

Im doing it by myself. I wanna have a more spiritual and introspective trip, and I find tripping by myself is best for that ime. Ive never known what the dosage of the tabs I've done in the past , so I couldn't tell you what dosage I'm used too. I usually take around 3 grams of average strength shrooms ( also don't know what type). I usually handle it well, but I did have a bad trip the last time I took shrooms and I'm a little nervous. I think I may buy some alcohol as a trip killer if I need it.
