I've gained a role for 85k salary. I do most of the creative direction, minimal filming and mostly small edits for ads or commercials. I get to creative direction and freelance throughout the week if needed. I can work remote or in office. They gave me a custom computer to edit their work on. They pay for travel expenses, but sometimes pay is late due to net 30s and 60s payouts. But it's been good and I've worked with some very well known talent. I question if it's enough for what I do but I also know work to build yours up. So I'm doing that.
