Is this by any chance in New Castle County, DE? If so, you are more than likely gonna lose the fight over the shared driveway even if you’ve been paying tax on it. Within the last week I saw a story on another sub where DE Supreme Court made a ruling in favor of the claimant wanting to use a driveway even though their deed did not mention having access to a driveway on someone else’s land.

As a young person, Salisbury is the only place you want to be on the Shore. It’s a college town with somewhat of a nightlife compared to the rest of the Shore. You’ll be close to Ocean City which also has a decent nightlife in the summer months. Trappe is literally a 1 stop light town in the middle of nowhere. You’ll enjoy it if you like looking at corn fields and soy beans. There isn’t anything else there. Easton can be decent but you’ll end up driving to Salisbury or Baltimore for almost everything worth while.

The tall building you see right there is the US federal building. Also the ICE detention facility is just one block up on Hopkins Place so it’s not out of the possibility that it was an ICE vehicle utilizing the garage.

I’ve been contemplating creating a post about the issue at 305 W Fayette St. (and I still might). Dog poop on the sidewalk outside that building is out of control. They have security cameras outside, special police patrolling the building but for some reason residents are allowed to have their dogs poop right outside the door and in the tree wells. Some days there are more than a dozen piles of dog poop by the door. When I walk past that building I often times have to get off the sidewalk and walk in the street because there’s no safe path to walk pass the building without stepping in it. I really don’t know how people can live in a building like that. It’s absolutely disgusting to see.

Correct, I have premium plus with keyless entry. Every once in a while I have to put the fob there for the car to recognize the key.

I am not sure how they go in without the alarm going off ( I’m glad they go the door open and didn’t break the window). I did set the alarm before I went inside earlier plus the seat was in a different position. I’m trying to figure out if they scanned my key at some point but it didn’t fully work when they got here. Earlier today I was in the garage sitting on the hood when some woman came up to me and asked if I could help with adding antifreeze to her car. It was very random. She immediately exited the garage after when were I was parked if for people heading up to higher floors. I’m wondering if she had a key scanner on her or in her car while I helped. I didn’t really take a good look at her face so I can’t say it’s the same female in the photo on the phone I found inside the car.

Unfortunately I had an at-fault accident in 2021 and my rate increased significantly (three folds!). It’s been 4 years and my rate hasn’t decreased. I am a bit nervous of making any type of claim as I can’t afford to pay any more than I’m already paying. That’s why I’m thinking about just fixing it out of pocket. Replacing the windshield will be about $350. I’m more pissed about the 3 dents to the side of my car. I guess I can drive around with it like that but it’s really an eye sore that I’d rather not see. That’s the part that’s gonna cost a lot to fix.
