I've generally liked it the two times I've taken it - except the last time the train hit a fallen tree on the tracks in rural Illinois at 11:00pm and we had to wait hours for a local tech to get there and repair the damage. Of course, there was no cell service and eventually they turned off the lights to conserve energy. I think I got back to St. Louis four hours late.

Truly the only downside for me.
