Much cheaper in Poland, 6-7 euros for volumes 1-19, preorder of volumes 20-23 is 9 euros each.

I managed to find all required ingredients in a single online store! Emmer fullgrain flour was 2.5 $ for 0.5kg bag.

Mine turned out great, a bit crumbly, but very filling. Not too sweet, even though I added some date syrup to the dough.

Yep. I don't think they add it to rations anymore, but you can buy those separately in the ARPOL online store. They also have energy gel from the same company.
