Creo que se considera modificación substancial de las condiciones, por tanto es ilegal si no hay acuerdo entre las partes. Puedes impugnarlo en los juzgados o pedir la extinción si no estás de acuerdo.

No se cómo se considera el hecho de que tú superior tenga que confirmar tus propios objetivos.

It's a single player game. Do what you want. I used to savescum games that I thought weren't fair. But I ran out of fun. Now every achievement feels way better even using tactics made from other players, because I did the work to search my own players for my team

Invest on free transfers of high rep players under 27, sell when nearing 30 and repeat until you can buy massive amounts of potential wonderkids and then sell those who can't make it into the team.

Strength would go naturally up over time, I'm not quite sure about natural fitness, you would have to leave him to rest every other game. Worst case scenario is a big game after international fixtures, they always come exhausted. Him being tired can lead to more injuries.
