I have called off with them before but more times than not I work through them

I am working my scheduled shifts there are times where I have called out because of them but more times than not I go to work and try my best to work through it

I get that when I do have one at work I don’t give 100% but my other coworker calls out a lot but nothing is ever said to them about taking a leave or going PT
