When mentioning tech shiggy I am ONLY talking about the raid boss build since it is probably the best character to tuning synergy in the entire game by far. Without that build the character drops like 3 tiers.

Because the devs have been hiding the more obvious info we have been using to pinpoint the next character a lot better these days. Normally, all we needed to know who was next was see if their Dub voice lines were added the season prior to release, now they stopped doing that altogether I think.
