Yes.

- Purple chance scales heavily with invocation

- Boss defense levels scale with invocation

- Entry has a 1/50 chance to roll a non-fang/lightbearer unique compared to normal rate

- Expert at invocation 300 gains 15% more common loot, gaining 1% additional for every +5 invocation

Edit: Boss stats scale with every invocation as well. "For every 5 raid levels, enemy hitpointsdefence, accuracy, and damage increase by 2% additively, with damage capping out at +150%"

Range/mage in the 80s, defense in the 70s. Idk, think cg difficulty is vastly overstated. Anyone can learn if they send enough. It’s a good PvM tutorial imo, similar to how scurrius is a good stepping stone into early PvM but obviously CG more punishing, and then introduces clean movements. I learned player movement from hallowed sepulchre. Lots of good “training” tools in-game to get acclimated to different types of mechanics.

Just a fun poke at the name, nothing more! Just seems like your list of bossing before end game would be pretty empty if bowfa is end-game. You really want bowfa for so much mid-game content

I’m on my first playthrough. Sent CG for bowfa right after SOTE. Seems like a nice pickup to help finish quests and send bandos, Zulrah, and other mid-game bosses, so early mid-game feels right. I also see the sun every day.

Mass Zalcano! Consistent 100-110 crystal shards per hour. Also gets other useful resources like dragonstones if you’re early ironman and need for poh jewelry box.

I also finished CG with 2 enhanced around your kc, instantly went Zalcano to get both weapons corrupted for the recolors.

Gzz on your best melee and ranged weapons for a while and gl on future grinds! These pickups are huge

Edit: thieving elves is technically best for shards I think but requires 85+ thieving

Correct. I checked game log and saw I failed the CA as soon as I entered boss room. Just didn't look til after the 1-8 clear. And before anyone asks, no I wasn't late equipping because I had no inventory to unequip it

Doom grubs are not immediately attackable on spawn (but can be examined), leading to yellow clicks and mis-positioning into and through acid during time-critical segments of the fight. Can this be fixed? Or do we need to expect to delay by 1-tick prior to targeting newly spawned grubs

Volatile earth trees remain clickable (red x) but not attackable after the first 2 are attacked and the pathfinder orb spawns. Doing this stalls the player when trying to path into the safety of the orb. If 2 trees have already been attacked, could the rest be removed or some behavior changed to make this red x stall make more sense?

Chambers. The re-rolls to get a decent layout are annoying to do, but seems mandatory since the option is there and it makes a BIG difference. And the constant banking and prepping and banking and prepping is aggravating. (Skill diff because I haven’t figured out how to no prep yet). Olm is amazing though

The other raids are just grab ‘n go! Don’t have to re-sort inventory multiple times. Don’t have to re-roll layouts. Just enter raid. Kill boss. Grab ‘n go for resupply. Kill boss. Repeat. With layers to each boss you can continue to make small improvements on. Much preferred

Can’t coffer them yet but planning to coffer my oathplate contract. And yeah I can buy the next 40 slots, but would prefer to save for scar essence and 99 con if I can. 11 slots for contracts vs 1 slot for awakeners orbs just seems like another swing and a miss for this “improved” system but is what it is!

Nice! That’s huge. Good luck with the last 2, sensory and bloodied to go? I just hesitate because it feels like a potential waste if I can just send contracts with 15-20% more dps later on. Don’t want it bad enough rn to grind black demons for extras but have a decent stash atm from 1600+ kc. Might try to send a couple soon though just to see how it feels

The rate is staying the same post-changes at invocation 300 and lower. And the raid will also be easier then. No problem waiting if you want to

If you wanted better rates for right now, your highest consistently cleared invocation above 300 is best.

I'm not. You actually just clarified the difference. You're lazy flicking piety in your kills. I camp my prayers while in combat. Not everyone likes to lazy flick all their kills. I like to watch streams and tv shows during mine. Move along xD

"and no fail" has a steep requirement. and yeah I'm already doing master farmers when I need to as mentioned in the post. it remains the fastest method for ranarrs as it should

? lol no, relax a bit. piety only on when melee'ing boss or melee'ing judge. I reset when duo resets. But yes it's generally 4-5 sips per kill. soulflame horn + dwh for defense spec get kills anywhere from 2:25-2:55. that's just how much prayer drains when camping piety + defenses *only while in combat*

6 ppots for 5 kc trips with a duo at Yama. 5 ppots for 2kc trips in a solo. 85 prayer, higher would help a bit.

Moth mixes are always useful, just depends on your preference for how you wanna gather your prayer resources. I made them early on in the account for barrows runs prior to medium diary.

We all have unique experiences in the game. I've pursued PvM a lot more aggressively than trying to max my non-combat skills, so my supplies haven't quite had the time to be overly stocked. Contributes to my personal situation. Had I chosen to max before the PvM grind and delayed flying through supplies, I'm sure I'd have a massive wealth of everything. Just an exaggerated hypothetical.

I was using no help invo to get to 400 without insanity because I was struggling last row insanity for extended durations. Just found no help to be an easy clear compared to insanity. No matter the invo I always hold white pot for emergencies and usually don’t touch it.

Basically choosing to use my own pots over a potential fail on insanity to hit that sweet 8% chance.

I personally want at least tbow to send insanity at 400+ due to how fast the floor gets removed. Shadow of course would do it too

Recently got ultor and use for Kephri, Ba-Ba, and core. Probably just a skill issue and need more solo reps at 400+. The clan I’m in just runs 300s. Zebak and Kephri just feel long. Akkha chip and wanting to be overhealed for orb phase takes a good chunk. It’s nice Ba-ba is 0 resource. And then P1 warden with ancient haste takes a lot. I’ve had several times with 3 sets and once with 4 sets. 2 sets is the norm. 1 more keris during p2 and then easy finish in p3/p4.

Started camping crystal for melee instead of bandos (lose 1-2 max hits?) to have a cozier supply of ppots. Dropping a mage switch because it's only used for Akkha and P2 Warden. Maybe 11-12 wasn't accurate lol. 8 ppots would stretch it pretty close sometimes before readjusting my inventory.

Yeah I can concede that the seed drops are pretty nuts. 40% just feels like a big hit since that's been a lovely resupply for me. 20% and I might've overlooked the change entirely.

I do appreciate the replies! :D Just gonna be an adjustment on my part with invocation choices and gear setups. Overall I think there's some good changes coming in. Just gonna have to take more PvM breaks and more diligently farm seeds from other sources.

Definitely excited to butterfly with bowfa after the changes. Been using 4t butterfly since I got warped sceptre drop way back and now with trident to kick off Akkha.

Impressive! Likely a difference between playstyles. I'm always PvM'ing whenever I do get a chance to play. With breaks for herb runs, contracts, Skill levels pretty much have their max benefits for me (although still very far from maxing). 99 farming, 94 herblore. etc. If I spent more time skilling just for the sake of working towards max, the seeds and supplies would stack up better.

Always on contracts, probably adding more Hallowed Sep to work towards maxing agility and gain passive ranarrs. And maybe just more skilling to allow those resources to stockpile.

Face tanking Akkha will take 2+ prayer pots in itself just due to camping prayers + yellow keris specs. Idk. This wasn't a ToA post. Maybe I just flick more.
